Where we ship

Anywhere in Egypt. Cairo and Giza usually arrive faster than other governorates.

Cost and timing

Delivery is EGP 70 within Cairo and Giza, EGP 110 elsewhere in Egypt. Orders are printed in 3–5 working days, then handed to the courier — allow 2–3 working days on top for delivery.

Cash on delivery

Available on stock items. There's an EGP 25 collection fee. We message you on WhatsApp to confirm before printing, so please reply — we don't start until you do.

If something arrives damaged

Send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll reprint and reship it at our cost. No need to return the damaged piece.

Returns on stock items

You can return an unused stock item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Message us on WhatsApp first so we know it's coming, keep the original packaging, and cover the return postage. Once it reaches us in resaleable condition we refund the item price to the way you paid.

Personalised orders

Anything printed with your name, text, or logo is made specifically for you and can't be resold, so these aren't returnable unless they arrive damaged or don't match what you ordered. This is why personalised orders are paid by Instapay in advance rather than cash on delivery.
